Job Title: Health and Safety Trainer - Construction Sector

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Trainer to join our team in the Construction Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Health and Safety training programmes tailored to the construction sector.
  • Conduct face-to-face teaching and delivery in groups in a classroom setting on a variety of topics, including Health and Safety within the construction sector.
  • Utilise engaging instructional techniques and materials to facilitate effective learning experiences for participants.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through participant feedback and assessment results, implementing improvements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Background in Construction Management.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or above.
  • Management Qualification at Level 5 or equivalent, ideal within Construction Site Management.
  • Teaching Award at level 3 or above is desirable.
  • Experience delivering Health and Safety Programmes within the Construction Sector.
  • Flexibility in travel and must hold a Full UK driving license.
