Project Cost Control Manager

We seek a highly skilled Project Cost Control Manager to oversee cost control activities in our West Midlands division. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of construction practices, project management, and cost analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive cost control plans to guarantee projects meet budget and deadline targets
  • Working closely with site teams, architects, and engineers to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement
  • Reviewing and revising contracts, tender documents, and other project-related materials to ensure they align with organizational goals

This role comes with a salary range of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, plus a vehicle allowance of £7,000.
