Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimator to join WR HVAC | MEP at Cannock.

This role involves reviewing tenders and designs, pricing labour, materials, and sub-contractor costs for projects with values ranging from £250K to £4M.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of mechanical building services, including pipe work and ventilation, and experience in pricing and quoting projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and evaluating project requirements and specifications.
  • Pricing and costing for labour, materials, and sub-contractors.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in estimating and project management.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

What We Offer:

  • Negotiable salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience).
