About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Manager to join our team covering the North of England region. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the management of a Club site, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This will include handling maintenance issues, maintaining Health and Safety standards, and managing statutory requirements. You will work closely with our Property team to provide an excellent support service to sites.

Main Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include conducting site inspections, interpreting technical drawings, and procuring suitable contractors. You will also administer contracts, maintain health and safety records, and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Property team to deliver an effective support service to sites.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant qualification (HNC or ONC) in Building Studies or a similar field. Previous experience in surveying, measuring, working with contractors, and administration is highly desirable.
