Job Title: Childrens Home Deputy Manager

Location: Milton Keynes, MK6

Salary: £29,120 Per Annum Plus Sleep In Payments

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at an EBD Home for up to 3 young people. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home, providing support and guidance to the staff team, and contributing to the development of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the home
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the staff team
  • Develop and implement care plans for our young people
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with our policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a childrens home or similar setting
  • Qualifications in childcare or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
