£29,120 Per Annum Plus Sleep In Payments

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childrens Home Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the home, providing support to the Home Manager, and contributing to the development of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the home
  • Provide support to the team in the delivery of care and education to our young people
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a childrens home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
