Job Title: Physical Therapy Clinic Manager

Overview: Peaktherapy is a dynamic healthcare organization seeking an experienced physical therapist to oversee daily operations within our outpatient clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing clinical and administrative staff, prioritizing employee job satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have experience treating diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, return-to-sport, post-op, and spine rehab cases. In addition, they will have expertise in vestibular, TMD, pelvic health, and pediatric therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations within the clinic
  • Manage clinical and administrative staff
  • Prioritize employee job satisfaction and foster a positive work environment

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field and current licensure to practice in the state of employment are required. At least 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
