Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, printers, projectors, and interactive whiteboards
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in accordance with client policies
  • Troubleshoot network and Wi-Fi connectivity issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
  • Assist with the installation, updating, and maintenance of software and server systems
  • Maintain inventory records of all IT equipment and manage repairs or replacements when necessary
  • Support client events by providing technical assistance with AV and IT equipment
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance the use of technology in the classroom
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, ideally in an educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with server management and cloud-based systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support clients effectively
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are advantageous
