Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

Location: Sunderland

We are currently seeking an experienced Educational Support Specialist to join our team at a PRU in Sunderland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with students who require additional support.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support to students who require extra help
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
  • Assist with classroom management and maintain a safe learning environment

Requirements:

  • T.A qualification or at least 6 months experience
  • Experience working with SEN pupils
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
