About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Business Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships with M&E contractors, main contractors, and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and sales leads through proactive prospecting and relationship-building
  • Nurture existing relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Monitor ongoing projects to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients, distributors, and sales team
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Highly organized with strong time management and administrative skills
  • Computer and Microsoft Office literacy
