Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 accounts within a designated territory. This will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including regular communication and account management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales performance and pipeline activity

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the foodservice and catering sector, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
