About the Role

This exciting position involves leading our store engagement strategy for key partner accounts, with the primary objective of maximizing store retention and optimizing supply while delivering a superior customer experience.

You'll collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to develop and implement account strategies for overall commercial partnerships. By analyzing data, identifying areas of improvement, and fostering strong relationships with regional managers, you'll drive results and process improvements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement store engagement strategies to enhance store retention and optimize supply
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop and implement account strategies for overall commercial partnerships
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in store performance and customer experience
  • Foster strong relationships with regional and operational managers in partner accounts to support delivery of store-based strategic pillars
  • Lead the growth and management of a team of Store Operations Specialists, ensuring their learning, performance, and motivation
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in sales, account management, or a similar commercial role
  • Demonstrated data-driven problem-solving skills, with an affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
  • Team management experience, ideally in a retail or FMCG environment
  • Initiative and a proactive mindset, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and consider longer-term business implications
  • Organized person able to prioritize and manage workload and project streams effectively
