About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team at DN Colleges Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR and payroll data, ensuring seamless administrative support, and providing valuable information and advice to our staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our HR and Payroll Information System (CHRIS) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR and Staff Development Department to provide support and expertise.
  • Assist in generating insightful management information to help identify trends and inform HR strategies.
  • Maintain accurate data within the CHRIS system.
  • Provide seamless administrative support, including managing post, typing documents, organizing personal information, and handling phone calls.

Requirements

  • Recent and relevant experience in administration.
  • A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A team player with a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
