Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our HR and Payroll Information System (CHRIS) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR and Staff Development Department to provide support and expertise.
  • Assist in generating insightful management information to help identify trends and inform HR strategies.
  • Maintain accurate data within the CHRIS system.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including managing post, typing documents, organizing personal information, and handling phone calls.

Requirements

  • Recent and relevant experience in administration, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with others.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
