About the Role

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dynamic Care Lead to join our team in a Residential Children's Home. This challenging yet rewarding role involves providing exceptional care and support to children with complex disabilities, medical conditions, and behavioural problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead a team of carers in engaging children and young people to develop new skills and create a safe and stimulating environment.
  • To manage and allocate tasks, resources, and services using discretion and making informed decisions based on individual needs.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to provide guidance and direction.
About You

We are looking for a creative, empathic, and resilient individual who has knowledge and experience of the caring profession within a residential setting. The successful candidate will have excellent decision-making skills, be able to remain calm under pressure, and possess effective communication skills.

Requirements:
  • A fully funded Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma or equivalent.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and nights.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
