Shift Pattern: 21.00 (7 nights per week)
Unfortunately we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in the Gainsborough area.
5-year-old little girl, she does have very complex clinical interventions but still a little girl that wants love and attention. This girl requires tracheostomy and ventilation support overnight.
Key Responsibilities Support Workers cover all manners of support for others from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping. Trachy care and management
PEG care feeds via feed machine
Personal care including pad changes and Skin integrity
Complex care
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
