Sales Growth Specialist

Antony James Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented and ambitious Internal Salesperson to join their dynamic team in Hinckley. As an Internal Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of our department.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, creating quotations, and actively following up to convert them into orders. You will foster lasting relationships with customers, including Builders Merchants and Contractors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales success by meeting and exceeding personal and departmental targets.
- Provide basic technical advice and recommendations to customers when needed.
- Assist in implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Deliver accurate three-monthly sales forecasts.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management system to track progress and opportunities.
- Develop and nurture new and existing targeted accounts.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotations promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in the construction industry (preferred but not essential).
- A background in customer relations with a passion for excellent service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in IT and CRM systems.
- A track record in account management and sales.
- A proactive attitude that aligns with our company's values and business plan.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, flexible 7.5-hour shifts between 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM, and a generous holiday package of 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. You will also have access to structured company bonuses, health and wellbeing benefits, and auto-enrolment in our pension scheme.
