Compassionate Complex Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in caring for individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with our experienced care team to provide individualized support and care to our clients.
- You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
- You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, managing medications, and providing emotional support to our clients.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with PEG feeding, vent, and suctioning is required.
- You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
