About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a CFO Hub Support Worker. In this role, you will work with participants in the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub, providing high-quality support and guidance to help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement and achieve milestones leading to sustainable employment, education, or training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Facilitate the engagement of participants in activities that promote positive change and progression.
  • Work collaboratively with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support and progression routes.
  • Monitor and report on participant progress, ensuring that targets and key performance indicators are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals.
  • Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes.
  • Ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services.
  • Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management, with the ability to manage a caseload independently and provide community-based support.
