CFO Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a CFO Support Worker. In this role, you will work with participants in both custodial and community settings, providing high-quality support and guidance to help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work with participants to develop skills and find sustainable employment, with a focus on rehabilitation and reintegration into the community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and guidance for participants.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor participant progress and adjust support plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and motivational skills, to support participants from diverse backgrounds.
  • A demonstrated commitment to the rehabilitation of prisoners and the ability to work independently, providing community-based support.
  • An awareness, understanding, and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults.
  • The ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service Check at an enhanced level and successfully pass prison vetting.
