About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a CFO Hub Support Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants within the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support and guidance to participants, facilitating their engagement in activities that help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement and achieve milestones leading to sustainable employment, education, or training.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes, including employers, local authorities, health services, or voluntary sector organisations.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
  • Monitor and report on participant progress effectively, working to targets and key performance indicators.
  • Manage a caseload independently and provide community-based support.
