About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to our nursing team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of clinical services, including medication management and wound care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal resident outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will also need to have experience in gerontology and a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
