Job Title: Clinical Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in providing excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist with medical procedures and treatments, such as taking blood pressure and temperature
  • Support patients with mobility issues, such as transferring and repositioning
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • GCSE English and Maths grade C or 4 or Functional skills for English/Maths
  • Care Certificate
  • Relevant experience of working in a healthcare environment
Desirable Criteria:
  • 5 GCSE grade 4 or C and above or equivalent
  • Evidence of mandatory and statutory essential training skills
  • Education and training to NVQ level 3/Work based diploma or equivalent
