About the Role

We are seeking a full-time experienced Clinical Support Worker to join our team in the General Outpatient Department at the Conquest Hospital. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will contribute fully as a member of the nursing team and be effective in the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Matron, Sisters, and Registered Nursing Staff in maintaining an efficient and effective service delivering safe patient care.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the department and provide high-quality patient care.
  • Work under instruction from a Registered Professional without direct supervision and support.
  • Undertake vital observations and recognize any concerns that require escalation to a registered professional.
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths grade C or 4 or Functional skills for English/Maths.
  • Care Certificate.
  • Relevant experience of working in Health or Social Care Environment delivering personal care.
