We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Worker to join our team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care to patients, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for procedures.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths grade C or 4 or Functional skills for English/Maths
  • Care Certificate
Desirable Criteria
  • 5 GCSE grade 4 or C and above or equivalent
  • Evidence of mandatory and statutory essential training skills, for example, Basic Life Support, manual handling, infection control, fire etc
  • Education and training to NVQ level 3/Work based diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Relevant experience of working in Health or Social Care Environment delivering personal care
