Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the Beauty Department, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Buying, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market insights to inform business decisions and optimize department performance.
- Implement effective inventory management and stock control processes to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
- Work closely with the Concession Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive concession business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the department remains competitive and relevant.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within a retail or beauty industry environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
