We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Estée Lauder - Brand in Inverness-shire, Scotland.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £37,500 per annum, commensurate with experience.



Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share through effective sales strategies, managing daily replenishment, and optimising visual merchandising layouts.



The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial understanding of the industry, excellent communication and organisation skills, and experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market share.
  • Manage daily replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimal stock loss.
  • Design and implement effective visual merchandising layouts to maximise sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to inform commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Proven experience in a sales or commercial role within the cosmetics industry.
  • Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments.
