Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Care Specialist to join our team in East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have expertise in delivering high-quality care to children and their families in an inpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide individualised care to children and their families through effective collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • To contribute to the education and development of ward staff and students.
  • To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of nursing practice.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £44,041 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a generous pension scheme, unsocial hours payments (where applicable), 27 days annual leave on commencement (pro rata), and access to various NHS discounts.

  • RSCN/RN NMC Registration (Part 8 or 15 of the Register)
  • Mentorship or other relevant advanced nursing qualification
