Specialist Paediatrician for ARFID Service

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Consultant Paediatrician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our service, you will contribute significantly to the assessment and treatment of ARFID and related eating disorders in children aged 0-18 years.

In this role, you will have opportunities to:
- Develop and implement a specialist ARFID pathway, working closely with colleagues from Clinical Psychology, Nursing, Dietetics, Psychiatry, CAMHS, and Admin teams.
- Contribute to shaping our service's approach to care, ensuring it meets the needs of our patients and families.
- Collaborate on research initiatives, audits, and quality improvement projects, enhancing our understanding of ARFID and its management.
- Pursue your interests in paediatric nutrition, endocrinology, or other areas through our education program, research network, and support for Quality Improvement and Service Development.
**What We Offer:**
We provide a competitive salary range of £145,000 - £154,240 per annum, reflecting the seniority and experience required for this position. Additionally, we offer:

**Your Qualifications and Experience:**
To succeed in this role, you must hold full registration with the GMC, be licensed to practice, and have a CCT or equivalent in Paediatrics. Essential qualifications include MRCPCH or equivalent and a registerable medical qualification. You should also have 3 years of post-registration experience, 6 months in a relevant specialism, and extensive experience in general paediatrics, culminating in award of CCT or equivalent.
