Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers, ensuring best outcomes for our clients and driving business growth.
- Design and implement innovative insurance propositions across various lines of business, including commercial, farms & estates, private clients, equine, and more.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use this insight to inform product development.
- Work closely with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and sales teams to ensure product profitability and market competitiveness.
- Manage the performance of existing insurance products, making recommendations for improvements or modifications based on market feedback and performance data.
- Monitor and analyze product profitability, sales performance, claims data, and customer satisfaction, and use this information to inform business decisions.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, underwriting, and claims processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, with experience in digital insurance platforms and InsurTech solutions.
