About the Role

This Senior Insurance Proposition Specialist will help coordinate colleagues from across the brokerage, ensuring that a unified proposition is delivered to corporate clients. This includes analysing wordings and coverage, carrying out policy reviews and comparisons, and collaborating with the market to create standardised wordings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse industry news, trends and emerging risks to provide high quality thought leadership and articles.
  • Help identify and develop new products and services by researching competitor and insurer activity / propositions.
  • Create a variety of documentation, including business templates, training material, and reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a subject matter specialist on Casualty / Liability business with exposure to dealing with corporate clients (ideally including global risks). You should have a knowledge of the trading styles of sophisticated insurance buyers and excellent stakeholder-management skills.
