About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Partner and Proposition Manager to join our team at Benefact Group plc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing insurer relationships, ensuring best outcomes for Lycetts and our clients, and driving profitability and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop new and existing links with external stakeholders and professional groups/bodies, and work closely with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and sales teams to ensure product profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Team Focus: Develop and mentor team members, and manage the team in a manner that empowers staff to take personal responsibility for excellent service delivery and team performance.
  • Commercial Delivery: Manage the performance of existing insurance products, making recommendations for improvements or modifications based on market feedback and performance data, and monitor and analyze product profitability, sales performance, claims data, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles, underwriting, and claims processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Experience with digital insurance platforms and InsurTech solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in client-centric product design and agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
