Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Housing Management Team as a Supported Housing Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing frontline housing management services to our vulnerable customers, including adults with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, and older people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out health and safety checks to ensure a safe living environment for our customers.
- Resolve neighbourly disputes or incidents of anti-social behaviour.
- Offer tenancy advice to our vulnerable customers or their support agencies.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to deliver quality housing services to our customers.
Requirements:
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for Business Use.
- Demonstrable skills and experience in housing management or a related field.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to our values of People, Passion, Inclusion, Responsibility, and Impact.
