Head Barista

At WatchHouse, we're on the hunt for a talented Head Barista to join our team in Hampstead Heath, London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading our baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality drinks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of baristas to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Manage the bar area, including ordering products, equipment, and utensils, and maintaining stock control and wastage reporting.
- Ensure a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere, living our WatchHouse values and creating good vibes for our customers.
- Collaborate with the House Manager, Coffee Ops, and Head of Coffee to improve quality, efficiency, and sales.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the bar team.
- Proven experience as a senior barista or team lead in a specialty coffee environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong knowledge of coffee and drinks, with a passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
