Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small team of baristas to deliver high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service.

  • Monitor and maintain coffee quality, ensuring that all drinks meet our high standards.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Barista or in a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and quality control.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
