Job Title: Head Barista

Grind & Co is a hospitality company based in London, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. We are seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee team and ensure that our coffee standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small team of baristas to deliver high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain coffee quality, ensuring that all drinks meet our high standards.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Barista or in a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and quality control.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
