Head Barista Lead

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Barista to join our team at WatchHouse. As a Head Barista, you will play a critical role in ensuring the excellent quality of the drinks we serve. You will be accountable for the standard of drinks served in your shop, even when you're not there.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the personal development of your team, including coaching and training, and actively manage the PDPs of your Barista team.
- Attend every Head Barista meeting with the Senior Coffee Team and ensure your team is aware of current drinks offerings and standards.
- Day-to-day management of the bar team, including training and development, and identifying opportunities for progression and highlighting training needs.
- Meet and communicate regularly with the House Manager to provide valuable insights and ideas on bar staff scheduling, drinks sales and speed of service opportunities, and drinks training and development.
- Proactive and diligent about getting stuff done.
- Positive, upbeat, and bringing personality and soul to the role.
- Someone who works brilliantly with others and is supportive of the rest of the WatchHouse business.
