We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual to join our Corporate Health and Safety team as a Trainee Health and Safety Advisor. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your knowledge and skills in health and safety, while working with a dedicated and experienced team.

About the Role

As a Trainee Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive health and safety advice to staff across the organization. You will work closely with our Corporate Health and Safety Team Leader to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures, and provide support and training to staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide health and safety advice and guidance to staff
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct health and safety audits and risk assessments
  • Provide training and support to staff on health and safety matters
  • Work with the Corporate Health and Safety Team Leader to develop and implement health and safety strategies

We offer a competitive salary of £23,893 - £25,119, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in health and safety. You will also have the chance to work with a highly motivated and dedicated team, and contribute to the continued strengthening and development of our award-winning Corporate Health and Safety team.

  • The ability to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and be organized and priority-focused
  • A good eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
