We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual to join our Corporate Health and Safety team as a Trainee Health and Safety Advisor. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your knowledge and skills in health and safety, while working with a dedicated team that prioritizes the wellbeing of others.

About the Role

As a Trainee Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive health and safety advice to staff within the wider Lincolnshire County Council team. You will work closely with our experienced professionals to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of thousands of employees and service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide health and safety advice and support to staff
  • Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices
