Your Journey to Success

  • Receive comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Your Responsibilities

As a Trainee Health & Safety Advisor, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive health & safety advice to staff across Lincolnshire County Council.
  • Deliver training programs to enhance workplace safety awareness.
  • Support the development and implementation of health & safety policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to ongoing safety initiatives and performance targets.
