About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of mental health and wellbeing services. As a Specialist Dietitian, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement dietetic services to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Conduct assessments, plan interventions, and evaluate outcomes for patients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to hospital and professional standards.
  • Establish effective communication with patients, carers, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Dietetics.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Knowledge of Mental Health Act 1983 & CPA.
  • Experience working in a similar setting.
