About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Dietitian to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Specialist Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the dietetic service across our hospital, working with a range of conditions and as part of a multi-professional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing dietetic clinical services on an individual and group basis.
  • Completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and establishing effective communication with patients and their carers.
  • Implementing and developing evidence-based therapeutic activities to aid patient mental health recovery.
  • Providing training and education to colleagues and patients.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Dietetics.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Knowledge of Mental Health Act 1983 & CPA.
  • Experience of working in a similar setting.
