Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead our advocacy and policy efforts. As the Head of Community Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our mission and values. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for change and develop effective plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Advocacy Strategies: Develop and implement effective advocacy strategies to promote our mission and values. This will include identifying opportunities for change, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and creating persuasive arguments to support our cause.
  2. Lead Policy Work: Lead our policy work, including developing and implementing policies that promote our mission and values. This will include working with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to advance our goals.
  3. Represent Medical Justice Network Limited: Represent Medical Justice Network Limited at external meetings and events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops.
  4. Manage Team Members: Manage and support team members, including providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with Other Organizations: Collaborate with other organizations to advance our goals and promote our mission and values.
  6. Develop and Implement Research Projects: Develop and implement research projects to inform our advocacy and policy efforts. This will include designing and conducting research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings.
  7. Write Reports and Briefings: Write reports and briefings to support our advocacy and policy efforts. This will include developing persuasive arguments, creating visual aids, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Advocacy and Policy: 5+ years of experience in advocacy and policy, including developing and implementing strategies to promote social justice.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and developing and implementing policies.
  • Research Experience: Experience in conducting research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including writing, presenting, and public speaking.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with others, including government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
