About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Proposal Specialist to join our team at LegalAndGeneral. As a key member of our proposal team, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other client-related requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Response Content Coordination: Assist senior proposal specialists with the preparation and finalization of responses for review using standard, pre-approved content.
  • Collaboration and Content Development: Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts on content during the drafting process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • Database Content Management: Review and edit proposal documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity, and track the performance of LGIM's proposals activity for continuous improvement.
  • Proposal Tracking and Approval: Track all responses for receipt of appropriate approval and document stages.
  • Product and Solution Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of LGIM's products and solutions, while monitoring macroeconomic developments and industry trends.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with colleagues across the Marketing team to generate good client and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Financial and Technical Writing Skills: Strong financial and technical writing skills, particularly editorial skills.
  • Proposal and RFP Experience: An understanding of Proposals/RFPs and the value they add in the business.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite and any other editing tools or content management systems.
  • Project Management and Organizational Skills: Project management and organizational skills or adaptability to work to timelines and manage workloads.
  • Investment Knowledge: Any investment knowledge of capital markets or institutional investment would be an added benefit.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with stakeholders across disciplines.
