Purpose of the Role:

To provide expert support and advice to our members, ensuring they meet the requirements of our audit service. You will be responsible for handling member queries, delivering compliance audits, and analyzing packaging data to ensure data supplied requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming member queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver compliance audits to a high standard

  • Answer member queries to a positive conclusion

Key Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of working within audit or compliance would be an advantage

  • Experience of working with a CRM system
  • Organized administration skills
  • Strong IT skills, fluent in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • An interest in learning and taking on new skills
  • Excellent rapport-building skills with the ability to own the relationship
