Business Development Manager

At carloans 365, we're on the hunt for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in our Pre-Qualification team, you'll be responsible for working with warm leads generated online via multiple channels. Your goal will be to convert these leads into qualified customers, who will then be passed on to our Account Management team. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative, and target-driven. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with warm leads generated online via multiple channels
- Convert leads into qualified customers
- Pass qualified customers on to the Account Management team
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Target-driven and able to meet sales targets
- Confident phone manner with high levels of enthusiasm
- Able to work on Microsoft office applications
