Mid-weight Designer

Join our team of talented designers at The Boots Company PLC and take on the challenge of delivering high-quality designs that drive business results.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mid-weight Designer to support our creative team in delivering consistent and effective designs across various media. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with our Creative Lead and Lead Designers to design collateral for full campaigns, print, digital, in-store, image retouching, and new concept development work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Creative Lead and Lead Designers to design and develop creative concepts that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the beauty market and our brands.
  • Ensure that all creative and artwork meet the brief, are on brand, and produced to the highest standard.
  • Support the design team in delivering against KPIs – CPA, speed to asset, and asset quality.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or a relevant subject, with a strong portfolio of work in a variety of media, including print and digital design.
  • At least 4 years' experience with dexterity in campaign work, showing examples of print & editorial design, social media concepting, email design, app content, and video storyboarding.
  • Experience working with strategists or strategic work that acts as a springboard for your creative.
  • Professional use of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
