We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team in Market Harborough. The successful candidate will work with children in EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and KS1 (Key Stage 1).

Job Description
  • Plan, deliver, and assess lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and implement strategies to support the progress and development of students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
Requirements
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  2. Experience working with children with SEN, particularly within EYFS or KS1.
  3. A strong understanding of early childhood development and special education practices.
