About the Job

This role involves working as an Early Years SEN Educator, supporting children in EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and KS1 (Key Stage 1). The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and experience working with children with SEN.

Job Description:
  1. To plan, deliver, and assess lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  2. To develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and implement strategies to support the progress and development of students.
  3. To communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
  4. To monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
