About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified SEN teacher to join our team in the Market Harborough area. This is a full-time position that requires a passionate and dedicated individual who can make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN
- Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and implement strategies to support the progress and development of students
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with children with SEN, particularly within EYFS or KS1
- A strong understanding of early childhood development and special education practices
